We will communicate with you via email or phone call to learn about you and your goals, and then create a copywriting strategy that will be sure to drive results. Once a client expresses interest in working with Dynamic Writing Services, we will set up an initial discovery call to understand the client’s needs, goals, and expectations.
After learning about your copywriting needs and expectations, if both parties agree to work together, we will send a formal proposal via email outlining the scope of work, timelines, and pricing.
The client signs the proposal, and the company sets up a kickoff call to discuss project details and establish clear communication channels.
We’ll send you an invoice after the service agreement is signed by both parties. Also, we will confirm your topics before starting the project.
Payments are 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, CashApp and international bank transfers.
Once we have a plan in place, our copywriting team will work with you to ensure your content is crafted and written to meet your goals, and to engage with your target audience.
- The company assigns a dedicated project manager to oversee each client’s project and communicate regularly with the client.
- The project manager works with a team of professional writers to create high-quality content that meets the client’s objectives.
- The company uses a quality assurance process that includes multiple rounds of editing and proofreading to ensure the final product meets the client’s expectations.
- The company delivers content to the client according to the agreed-upon timeline and provides the client with the opportunity to request revisions if necessary.
Step 5: Delivery of Final Content To Clients:

- Once the content is finalized and approved by the client, we will deliver the finished work to the client via email as an attachment in Microsoft word documents. If you prefer a specific format, please let your content manager know.
- We offer additional services for EXTRA fees, such as article and blog distributions and press release distributions to help clients get the most exposures of their content. If you need additional services, please contact us for more details.
